(The following list provides insight as to why it pays to participate in this year’s Quad-City Pride Fest)

1. DATE: The date of 6/2 &3/2011 does not conflict with larger Pride Fests in the region.  This is a weekend afternoon/evening which has shown to be a premium attendance time for area festivals, and is being held at the beginning of the month, when the most people have cash to spend.  

2. ADVERTISING: All events will be advertised on the news, in the paper and online.  

3. ADMISSION FEE: This year’s fest admission is only $5 gate fee.  This will attract many more people and will also free up dollars for attendees to spend at your booth!  

4. LOCATION: The festival will be an open air street fest with ongoing entertainment, mimicking the most successful QC festivals.  The location will be in the Rainbow District of Downtown Davenport, just west of the Centennial Bridge.  

5. LUCRATIVE TARGET MARKET SPENDING: The festival attracts a diverse crowd but centers around the LGBT community.  Demographics have shown that this segment of the population has the largest disposable income of general population sub-segments.  

6. EXPOSURE: The festival affords you inexpensive exposure to new markets for your business/service.  It also shows your willingness to support diversity in your community.  

7. FUN: Enjoy the fun-filled festival with live entertainment and a diverse group of folks as you market your organization to the masses and bring in some cash and/or prospects!
